Thread: any steam train nuts ?

    I wouldn't mind going down to see that myself. I'm not a train nut, but I've always liked them (grew up beside the tracks) and always had a thing for model railroading.

    That's one massive locomotive. My buddy went today to Gila Bend to see it. The Casa Grande Stop is no viewing so i guess i will miss it this time. Would have loved to see it.

    Did your buddy see a Ercoupe flying along side it west of Gila Bend ?

    Got real close to it as it switched off the main line, like10 yards or so here in CG. lots of rent a cops I was told keeping people away on both sides of the tracks. But they were only at the trains over night stop not up track at the switch. It is a beast!!
